FAQ
What is Fe'ausi? Is it a real place?
No, Fe’ausi only exists in the world of Diplomatic Immunity (at least we think so). Read all about Fe’ausi here.
I missed an episode of Diplomatic Immunity, can I get a copy?
Local and international broadcasters who play Diplomatic Immunity have been granted exclusive licences by South Pacific Pictures or the international distributors of the programme.
The supply of individual episodes on tape or DVD is often a breach of the licence, so our policy is unfortunately no, we are unable to be of assistance.
If you’ve missed an episode your best bet is to buy the DVD when it is released or, if you are in New Zealand, you can watch each episode online at TVNZ on Demand. Each episode goes online 12 hours after it has screened on TV2 (NZ only) and is available for four weeks.
What is the name of the theme music and who performs it?
The Diplomatic Immunity theme music is called There is No Depression in New Zealand, performed by The Wellington Ukelele Orchestra and licensed courtesy of Don McGlashan and Richard von Sturmer.
Where can I get Diplomatic Immunity on DVD?
If a DVD was to be released in New Zealand, it wouldn’t be until the series has aired on TV ONE. Any information on the New Zealand DVD release or international DVD releases will be posted on this site.
Where can I send fan mail to the cast of Diplomatic Immunity?
Fan mail can be sent C/O South Pacific Pictures, PO Box 104 124, Lincoln North, Waitakere 0654, New Zealand.
